Mesh particle size refers to the size of raw material particles, generally expressed by the length of the particle. Mesh count indicates the size of the sieve opening of a standard sieve. The so-called mesh count is the number of sieve openings per inch of length, abbreviated as “mesh”. The higher the mesh count, the finer the particles. Mesh count is the number of openings per square inch. The higher the mesh count, the smaller the opening size. From this definition, it can be seen that the mesh count determines the size of the sieve mesh opening, and the sieve mesh opening size determines the maximum particle size of the powder that can pass through the sieve.
Mesh count refers to the particle size or fineness of a material.
