Custom Fabrication: From Mesh Rolls to Ready-to-Use Components
We transform standard wire mesh rolls into precise, finished components to simplify your installation and enhance performance.
Filter Discs & Strips
Process: Precision punching or cutting of mesh into flat shapes (round, square, rectangular, etc.).
Specifications: Available in 1-600 mesh, various diameters and thicknesses. Can include reinforcing frames.
Use: Quick replacement filters in food processing, plastics, or pneumatic systems.
Hemmed & Edged Mesh Panels
Process: Mesh cut to size with edges bound by metal strips (stainless steel, aluminum, or galvanized steel) via crimping or welding.
Benefits: Safe handling, prevents unraveling, easy installation into frames or machines, provides a professional finish.
Use: Security screens, machine guards, filtration cassettes, architectural panels.
Sintered Wire Mesh Laminates
Process: Diffusion-bonding multiple layers (typically 5) of fine mesh under heat and pressure to form a rigid, porous monolithic plate.
Key Advantages: Absolute filtration rating (1-100 microns), high mechanical strength, excellent pressure resistance, easy cleanability (surface filtration), and resistance to thermal shock.
Use: High-pressure hydraulic filters, polymer melt filtration, catalyst support, fuel cell components.
Filter Cartridges & Cylinders
Process: Rolling and seam-welding mesh (woven, welded, or sintered) into cylindrical forms. Ends can be capped with flanges.
Use: Liquid and gas filter housings, suction strainers, silencer elements.
Send us your drawings or specifications. Our fabrication workshop is equipped to deliver high-tolerance, custom components that fit perfectly into your equipment.
